1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Including The Renovation Of Part Of The Roof Of The Public Utility Building Dom Pracy Twórczej Pan Located At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 5 In Jurata, Including: On: 1) Making A New Roofing With Metal Roofing Tiles; 2) Replacement Of Bay Windows And The Gable Wall; 3) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings And Gutters; 4) Fireproofing Of The Wooden Roof Structure, Replacement Of Battens And Counter-Battens. 5) Making A Soffit Made Of Trapezoidal Sheet Metal; 6) Making A Roof Soffit For Fire-Resistant Osb Sheet Covering;7) Installing The Roof Foil; 8) Connecting The Downpipes To The Storm Sewage System And Installing Cleanouts (Downpipes Connected To Existing Drains, Rainwater Connection Remains Unchanged); 9) Removing Demolition Materials And Disposing Of Them. 2. The Detailed Scope, Description And Method Of Execution Of Construction Works Are Determined By: 1) Construction And Executive Design For The Renovation Of Part Of The Roof Of The Building Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences House Of Creative Work In Jurata From July 2025 - Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 3) Certificate Of Notification Of Works Issued By The Starosta Of Puck Of August 21, 2025 - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 4) Bill Of Quantities For Construction Works - Annex No. 11 To Swz.3. The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Is Only Auxiliary Documents And Does Not Constitute The Exclusive Basis For Calculating The Offer Price. The Scope Of Works Provided By The Contractor Is As Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Documents Referred To In Section 1 Oraz W Ust. 2 And Must Also Contain All Elements That Are Clearly Necessary For The Subject Of The Contract To Achieve The Required Objectives, Even If Such Elements Have Not Been Clearly Specified. The Bill Of Quantities Is Intended To Help Contractors Calculate The Lump Sum Remuneration For The Performance Of All Construction Works Together With The Performance Of Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract, Including, Among Others: Protection Against Destruction And Dirt Of Architectural Elements, Windows And Doors Not Covered By The Study, Separation Of Technical Paths, And Related To The Implementation Of Works, Among Others: Delivery And Unloading Of Materials, Costs Of Setting Up Scaffolding, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Referred To In Section 2.4. The Ordering Party Assumes That The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Construction Works Resulting From The Scope Of The Order In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, The Technology Of Performing Individual Works And The Contractors Professional Knowledge, For The Lump Sum Price Proposed By Him. 5.
