Tenders Are Invited For Underlay Link Service With A Throughput Of At Least 40 Gb/S On Ports With A Throughput Of 100 Gb/S With Protection On The Puławy - Warsaw Route And On The Lublin - Katowice Route, Divided Into Parts
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of An Underlay Link Service With A Capacity Of At Least 40 Gb/S On Ports With A Capacity Of 100 Gb/S With Protection On The Route: - For Part I Of The Procedure: Puławy - Warsaw;2. The Contractor Must Ensure Free Removal Of Failures And Irregularities In The Functioning Of The Service Provided For The Entire Period For Which The Service Was Purchased. 3. The Contractor Must Have A Customer Service Office Operating 24 Hours A Day (365 Days/7 Days/24 Hours A Day) Responsible For Receiving Reports Of Failures And Irregularities In The Functioning Of The Link. The Procedure For Accepting Reports Should Include, In Particular, Telephone And E-Mail.4. Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right On The Terms Set Out In Annex No. 3A To The Swz - Essential Provisions Of The Agreement For Part I Of The Procedure. As A Result Of These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Under The So-Called Basic Order, Underlay Line Services With A Throughput Of At Least 40Gb/S On Ports With A Throughput Of 100Gb/S With Protection On The Puławy - Warsaw Route, And Also Provides, Under The Option Right, For The Possibility Of Increasing The Throughput To 100Gb/S For The Duration Of The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right By Submitting A Written Declaration To The Contractor, Depending On The Current Increase In The Ordering Partys Demand Above The Limit Included In The Basic Service.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Required Activities And The Method Of Their Implementation For Part I Of The Procedure, Is Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex No. 3A To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
