1) Part I - Provision Of Catering Services - The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Catering Service, In Accordance With The Demand Submitted By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Dishes Described In The Subject Of The Order, In An Appropriate Quantity. 5. As Part Of The First Part, The Contractor, Along With The Offer, Is Obliged To Deliver Samples To The Ordering Partys Office, Which Will Be Used For Quality Assessment As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion. 13. In Relation To Part I Of The Procedure In Question, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Subject Evidence As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Contractor, Together With The Offer Submitted Electronically Through The Purchasing Platform, Is Obliged To Deliver Food Samples To The Ordering Partys Office, Including: - One Vegetarian Sandwich; - One Meat Sandwich; - One Bun; - Three Cookies (In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order); - Caesar Salad; - Shortcrust Savory Muffin With Herb Paste And Salami; - Mini Burger Vege; Mini Cupcake With Vanilla Cream And Fruit; Mini Dessert With Jelly Or Mini Dessert With Cream Or Mini Dessert - With Mousse; 1St Course (Soup); 2Nd Course. The Ordering Party Will Open The Offers And Assess The Quality Of The Contractors Who Submit Offers In This Procedure For Part 1. After Opening The Offers, The Ordering Party Will Proceed To Assess The Delivered Samples. The Scores Awarded By The Committees Will Be Forwarded To The Contractors In The Form Of A Protocol, Via Electronic Means Of Communication. When Assessing The Samples, The Ordering Party Will Prepare Photographic Documentation That Will Be Used In The Execution Of The Contract With The Selected Contractor, And In Particular Will Be A Reference For The Application Of Contractual Penalties. Samples Should Be Delivered On January 7, 2026, At 10:00.14. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Supplementing The Evidentiary Measures Referred To Above, Because They Will Be Used In The Offer Evaluation Criterion, Which Is Referred To In Art. 107 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law.
