B) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Transport Municipal Waste In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Re-Use And Recovery Using Other Methods Of Municipal Waste, In Accordance With The Legal Acts In Force During The Term Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Ulhówek Commune. D) Exercising Control Over The Proper Operation Of The Municipal Waste Management System During Its Collection From Property Owners. E) The Amount Of Municipal Waste Generated On The Property Inhabited By The Communes Residents Is Not Dependent On The Ordering Party. The Calculated Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Handled During The Order Period Will Be Approximately 720 Mg, Including: - Unsegregated Mixed Municipal Waste - 450 Mg, - Separated Municipal Waste - 270 Mg. L) Collection Of Selective Municipal Waste Collected By Property Owners In Containers And Bags Will Take Place According To A Fixed Schedule Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, With The Frequency Of: - Once A Week Mixed Waste - From Owners Of Properties Residing In Multi-Family Buildings, - Once Every Two Weeks Segregated Waste - From Owners Of Properties Residing In Multi-Family Buildings, - Once A Month Mixed Waste And Once Every Two Months - From Owners Of Properties Residing In Single-Family Buildings, - Biodegradable Waste And Green Waste Are Collected: A) In Farm And Single-Family Buildings 1 Once Every Two Months,B) In Multi-Family Buildings - Once A Month, - Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, Used Tires Will Be Collected From The Property Twice A Year In Accorda
