Tenders Are Invited For Hardening The Area At The Kudowa Center For Culture And Sports As Part Of The Task Entitled: Eko-Skweru Device At The Kudowski Center For Culture And Sports Along With The Construction Of Lighting

The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works Related To Hardening The Area At The Kudowski Center For Culture And Sports Using Concrete Cubes And Eco-Cubes, Along With The Construction Of Lighting, As Well As Accompanying Demolition And Cleaning Earthworks And Selected Greenery Works, Divided Into 2 Tasks: 2) Task 1 - Hardening The Area At The Kudowski Center For Culture And Sports As Part Of The Task Entitled: Device Eko-Skweru At The Kudowski Center For Culture And Sports Is Co-Financed By The European Union And Is Implemented Under The Program: Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027, Priority: I.13.1 Leader/Local Development Driven By The Community, Action: Improving Access To Small Public Infrastructure.3) Task 2 - Construction Of Lighting At The Kudowski Center For Culture And Sports - Is Financed From The Communes Own Funds Kudowa-Zdrój. Task 1 - Hardening The Area At The Kudowski Center For Culture And Sports As Part Of The Task Entitled: Eko-Skweru Device At The Kudowski Center For Culture And Sports. The Subject Of The Order Under Task No. 1 Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Related To Hardening The Area At The Kudowski Center For Culture And Sports Using Concrete Cubes And Eco-Stones, As Well As Accompanying Demolition And Cleaning Earthworks And Selected Greenery Works. – In Accordance With The Scope Marked In Graphic Appendix No. 1 To The Opz. Task No. 1 Is Implemented Under The Program: Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027, Priority: I.13.1 Leader/Community-Led Local Development, Action: Improving Access To Small Public Infrastructure. Note! The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Cover The Entire Scope Included In The Project Documentation Entitled: Development Of Public Space At The Kudowski Center For Culture And Sports, In Particular It Does Not Include The Following Works And Supplies: 1. Construction Of A Playground.2. Construction Of An Outdoor Gym.3. Renovation Of The Existing Stage (Wooden Gazebo).4. Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements (Benches, Waste Bins, Information Boards, Bicycle And Scooter Stands).5. Replacement Of The Fence (Installation Of Spans, Posts, Entrance Gate And Wicket, Construction Of Foundations For The Fence).6. Construction Of Surfaces Other Than Those Made Of Concrete Cubes And Ecological Cubes (Mineral-Resin Surfaces And Polyurethane Surfaces (Epdm). 7. Most Works In The Field Of Greenery, Including: 1) Establishment Of Lawns And Flower Meadows, 2) Construction Of A Rain Garden, 3) Installation Of Plastic Lawn Edges, 4) Plant Care During The Warranty Period. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1. Preparatory And Measuring Works.2. Demolition Works, Including: 1) Dismantling Of The Existing Concrete Pavement And Concrete Edges - These Should Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party. 2) Removal And Disposal Of Rubble And Soil From The Demolition Site.3. Earthworks, Including: 1) Construction Of
