The Detailed Scope Of Duties Of The Investor Supervision Inspector Is Included In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz No. Wsz-Ep-69/2025.3. A Detailed Description Of The Investment, Including The Design And Execution Of Construction Works To Be Supervised By The Investor, Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz No. Wsz-Ep-69/2025 - Functional And Utility Program.4. The Ordering Party Intends To Co-Finance The Order Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan: Component D Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Highly Specialized Care Centers And Other Medical Entities.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It (Article 310 Of The Public Procurement Act).6.
