The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Contractor In The Offer - In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Agreement)/Price Specification, In The Column Marked With Number 9 Contractors Offer, Is Obliged To Indicate Data Clearly Defining/Identifying The Offered Assortment In Relation To Each Of The Articles Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, I.E.: Name Of The Manufacturer Or Brand, Product Name, Product Symbol Or Code - If Any, These Data Should Be Provided. Clear Identification Of The Offered Subject Of The Order (Range), In Addition To The Name Of The Manufacturer Or Brand, Product Name And Product Symbol Or Code, It Is Necessary To Provide Additional Markings, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Indicate Them So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Proceedings What The Subject Of The Order Is Offered By The Contractor. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Column Marked No. 9 Of Annex No. 1A To The Swz Detailed Parameters And Features Of The Offered Range Relating To All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Column Number 2 Of This Annex - Separately For Each Article. The Parameters And Features Of The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Described By The Contractor In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Verify The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor In Relation To All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Articles Being The Subject Of The Order And Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate All The Offered Parameters And Features Of Each Of The Articles In Accordance With All The Required Parameters And Features Specified By The Ordering Party. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides The Minimum, Maximum Values Or Range, The Contractor Is Obliged To Describe The Offered Subject Of The Order In Such A Way That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Proceedings What The Subject Of The Order Is Offered By The Contractor. If A Given Parameter Cannot Be Described Using Clear, Specific Values / Parameters, Due To The Specificity Of This Parameter, The Ordering Party Allows The Inclusion Of A Range / Range / Minimum / Maximum / Limit Values In Such A Parameter, Provided That They Allow The Ordering Party To Clearly State That The Offered Subject Of The Contract Meets The Ordering Partys Requirements.
