Protection Of The Above-Mentioned Facility And Rooms Against Access By Unauthorized Persons,3. Protecting The Property Of Institutions Located In The School Facility Against Theft, Destruction Or Damage,4. Preventing Disturbances On The Premises Of The Facility, 5. Immediately Notifying Law Enforcement Authorities About Criminal Acts Occurring On The Premises And Securing The Place Where They Were Committed Until The Arrival Of Law Enforcement Authorities, 6. Control Of Passenger And Material Traffic,7. Keeping Security Documentation, In Particular A Shift Log Containing Data On The Start And End Time Of The Shift, The Staffing Of The Shift And The Location Of Individual Security Employees And The Time They Perform Their Tasks, As Well As Keeping An Ongoing Shift Report Containing All Relevant Information Regarding The Admission, Course And Transfer Of Security Service,8. Monitoring - Training And Skills In The Operation Of Monitoring Of The Fire Alarm Control Panel, Attack And Burglary Alarm Control Panel,9. Ensuring The Transmission Of The Alarm Signal From The Protected Facility To The Intervention Group Throughout The Implementation Of The Agreement,10. Having A Motorized Intervention Group Equipped With Means Of Direct Coercion And Wireless Communication, External And Internal, Consisting Of At Least 2 People, Capable And Authorized To Perform The Tasks Specified In The Operation Procedure Of The Intervention Group,11. Strict Compliance With Internal Regulations In Force In The Protected Facility, In Particular The Instructions For Controlling The Movement Of Persons And Materials, The Alarm Instructions And The Instructions On The Principles Of Key Management, As Well As The Instructions On How To Proceed In The Event Of A Fire And The Fire Safety Instructions,12. Keeping Secret All Information Affecting The Security Of The Ordering Party,13. Immediately Notify The Personal Data Administrator After Detecting Attempts Or Facts Of Violating The Confidentiality Of Processed Personal Data,14. Carrying Out Tasks With The Help Of Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications, Equipped With Means Of Direct Coercion, Means Of Communication, Work Clothes And Identifiers, In Accordance With The Table Of Security Services Of The School Complex, And In Particular Is Obliged To Employ Qualified Physical Security Employees, In Accordance With The List Of Names Of These Employees Attached To The Contract, And To Subject The Employees To The Procedure Of Obtaining Authorizations To Process Personal Data,15.
