The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction, Adaptation And Furnishing Of Rooms In The Kindergarten Building For The Purposes Of Establishing And Operating A Childrens Club For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age As Part Of The Project Entitled: Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age Active Maluch 2022-2029, Co-Financed By: - National Plan For Reconstruction And Increasing Resilience (Kpo), - State Budget - As A Supplement To Funds From Kpo. The Scope Of The Contractors Services Includes: 1) Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Technical Documentation (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And All Activities Resulting From The Technical Documentation, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 2) The Ordering Party Informs That The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Active Kindergarten Facility. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out All Works With Particular Care, In A Way That Minimizes Inconvenience To The Students And Staff Of The Facility, In Particular By Limiting Noise Emissions And Using Technologies And Devices Enabling The Work To Be Performed As Quietly As Possible. In Addition, The Contractor Undertakes To Organize The Construction Process In Such A Way That It Does Not Disrupt The Current Operation Of The Kindergarten Facility, Including Ensuring Proper Law And Order On The Construction Site And Guaranteeing Users Safe Access To The Building;3) Developing Instructions For Use, Instructions For Action In The Event Of A Fire;4) Preparing As-Built Documentation;5) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit - The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Decision On The Occupancy Permit Along With Obtaining The Required Opinions (E.G. Opinion Of The Fire Protection Department, Sanitary And Epidemiological Station).
