The Subject Of The Contract Are: Forest Resources Management Services In The Area Of Operation Of Kowr Ot In Wrocław, Branch Section In Legnica, In The Scope Of Supervision And Conduct Of Matters Related To Forest Management On Lands That Are Forests And Services Related To Trees On Lands That Are Not Forests, Located Within The Boundaries Of Properties Included In The Agricultural Property Resource Of The State Treasury, Including The Preparation Of Full Documentation For The Conducted Matters. The Services Concern Land Located In The Following Counties: Legnica, Lubin, Polko-Wicki, Głogów, Górowski And Legnica. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) In The Scope Of Matters Related To Forest Management: A) Conduct Matters And Supervise Matters Related To Forest Management On Land That Are Forests And Matters Relating To Felling, Correction, Care Of Trees And Shrubs On Land That Is Not Forest, In Accordance With The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Conservation And The Act Of July 20, 2017 - Water Law, As Well As The Relevant Provisions Implementing Regulations; B) Preparing Full Documentation For Matters Related To Forest Management And Wood Management, Including Registering These Matters And Maintaining Them In The Computer System Operating At The Headquarters Of The Off-Site Section, C) Participating In Inspections Carried Out At The Ordering Partys Contractors In Matters Relating To Forest Management And Tree Plantings; D) Carrying Out Land Inspections Ordered By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point 1) Letter A);E) Cooperation With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Matters Related To The Care, Correction And Felling Of Trees In Areas Entered In The Register Of Monuments.2) In The Scope Of Valuation Of Harvested Wood For: A) Valuation And Classification Based On The Inspection Of Trees Growing On Properties Constituting The Agricultural Property Resource Of The State Treasury B) Grading Assessment And Classification Of Wood As Utility Or Fuel Made On The Basis Of Visual Inspection Of Trees According To Determined Wood Defects And Its Suitability; C) Measurement Made Using A Diameter Gauge, Measuring Tape - Legalized; D) Calculation Of Wood Weight Made On The Basis Of Volume Tables For Butt Logs And Standing Trees And Round Wood Volume Tables As Well As On The Basis Of Own Empirical Formulas; E) Wood Valuation Using An Approved Document, Net Price List, Retail Prices Wood (Pln/M3) And Own Calculation Consisting In Determining The Price Of Wood, Taking Into Account Significant Defects Detected In The Wood And Taking Into Account The Specific Conditions In Which The Trees Grow And The Impact Of These Conditions On The Quality And Suitability Of The Wood.3) In The Field Of Marking Wood For: A) Obtaining Wood Based On, Among Others, About Art. 14A Section 1 And 3 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Environmental Protection, Natural
