The Ordering Party Indicates The Amounts Of Meals As Estimates And Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease Them Up To 50% During The Duration Of The Contract, Separately For Each Task, Depending On Current Needs. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order At The Level Of At Least 50% Of Its Value, In Accordance With Art. 433 Pkt 4 Ustawy Prawo Zamówień Publicznych.1.6.
