Tenders Are Invited For Purchase, Delivery And Implementation Of Hardware Infrastructure With Software For The Łowicz Commune As Part Of The Cybersafe Local Government Project

3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Implementation Of Hardware And Software Infrastructure For The Commune Of Łowicz As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project, And Its Main Goal Is To Significantly Increase The Level Of Ict Security (Cybersecurity) Of The Commune Office.3.2. The Implementation Of The Order Is Aimed At Minimizing The Risk Of Cybersecurity Incidents, As Well As Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Of Systems Key To The Functioning Of The Commune, Including: 3.2.1. Strengthening The Prevention And Detection Of Threats: Through The Implementation Of Utm, Siem Devices And Software As Well As Identity And Access Management Systems.3.2.2. Improving Resilience And Reproducibility: By Purchasing Servers, Disk Arrays And Backup Systems Necessary To Ensure Data Protection And The Ability To Quickly Restore Functionality After A Failure Or Incident.3.2.3. Maintaining The Current State Of Knowledge About The Infrastructure: By Implementing Inventory And Monitoring Software, Which Will Enable Ongoing Control And Management Of Ict Resources.3.4. The Supplied Hardware And Software Should Be Assembled, Installed And Configured In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).3.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 3.5.1. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 7 To The Swz, 3.5.2. Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To Swz.3.6. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law. 3.7. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order For A Period Not Shorter Than The Period Indicated In Annex 7 To The Swz, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol, Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding The Terms Of This Guarantee Described In The Annex.3.8. Other Provisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order:3.8.1. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Arrangements Specified For The Subject Of The Order.3.8.2. Due Diligence Is Required In The Implementation Of Contractual Obligations.3.8.3. All Materials Necessary To Perform The Task Are Secured By The Contractor.3.8.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Full Scope Of Work Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Quoted Offer Price Also Includes The Value Of These Works.3.8.5. All Annexes To This Specification Constitute Its Integral Part.3.9. The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project Called Cybersecure Local Government Co-Financed By The European Regi
