1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services - Supervision Inspector - For The Project Described In Section 2, Implemented By The Zagórów Commune As Part Of The Project Entitled Installation Of Renewable Energy Source Systems For The Residents Of The Zagórów Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project), Implemented On The Basis Of The Co-Financing Agreement Concluded Between The Zagórów Commune And The Management Board Of The Wielkopolska Voivodeship Acting As The Managing Authority Of The European Funds For Greater Poland Program 2021-2027.2. In Order To Implement The Project, The Ordering Party Announced A Tender For The Selection Of An Entity (Hereinafter Referred To As The Supervised Entity) Responsible For The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Photovoltaic Installations, Electricity Storage Installations, And Air Heat Pump Installations For Central Heating Purposes. And Domestic Hot Water, And Installation Of Ground Heat Pumps For Central Heating Purposes. And Domestic Hot Water (Hereinafter Referred To As Installations). The Installations Are Intended To Produce And Store Energy From Renewable Sources For Facilities Located On Properties Located In The Zagórów Commune, Owned By The Residents Of The Zagórów Commune. The Users Of The Installation Will Be Residents Of The Zagórów Commune.
