Tenders Are Invited For Providing 24-Hour Emergency Services To Provide Professional Veterinary Care For Animals

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide 24-Hour Emergency Services Consisting In Providing Professional Veterinary Care For Animals In The Komorniki Commune.2. The Detailed Scope Of Services Covered By This Order Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract.3. The Ordering Party Guarantees A Minimum Scope Of The Order Of 50% Of The Contract Value.4. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Entrusting The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Responsible For Their Actions As For His Own.6. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Contracts Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law With A Value Not Exceeding 30% Of The Basic Order, Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services On The Terms Arising From The Contract For The Basic Order.7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. The Type Of Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Which Are Subject To The Requirements Of Employment Under An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order: Persons Providing Veterinary Services. The Contractor Should Bear In Mind That The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract Will Only Arise In The Event Of Performing Activities Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. Pursuant To Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code: By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Management And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration. The Method Of Verification Of Employment Of The Above-Mentioned Persons, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In § 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 9 To Swz.8. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 100,000.00, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Agreement Until The Final Acceptance.
