Warranty Period: The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Minimum 12-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Delivered Assortment.4. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is To Determine The Conditions For The Award And Implementation Of Executive Orders For The Supply Of Strict Accounting Forms In The Form Of Second And Third Category Public Documents For The Provincial Police Headquarters In Radom In Accordance With Opz Specification Of Strict Accounting Forms - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Opz Paper Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2. The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement Based On The Conducted Procurement Procedure Under The Conditions Specified In The Swz And The Draft Framework Agreement Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.3. None Of The Provisions Of The Framework Agreement May Be Treated As An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Award Executive Orders.4. Failure To Award Executive Orders Or Awarding Executive Orders For A Lower Amount Than Indicated In The Framework Agreement Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party, Including For Failure To Fulfill The Framework Agreement.5. The Ordering Party Will Conclude Framework Agreements With A Maximum Of Three Contractors (And With Each Subsequent Contractor Who Obtains The Same Number Of Points As The Last Qualified Contractor) Whose Offers Meet The Requirements Of The Swz And The Public Procurement Law And Will Receive The Highest Number Of Points Based On The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In The Swz. 6. If More Than Three Contractors Not Subject To Exclusion Submit Offers In The Procedure That Cannot Be Rejected, The Ordering Party Will Rank The Offers Based On The Offer Evaluation Criteria And Conclude A Framework Agreement With The Three Contractors Who Obtained The Highest Number Of Points. 7.
