1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil By The Contractors Tanker Truck Equipped With A Measuring System With Quantity Compensation Up To A Temperature Of +15 ºc. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of A Verified Measuring System Or A Digital Counter With The Possibility Of Calibration.2. The Delivery Will Be Made To A Tank Lent Free Of Charge To The Ordering Party, Which Is To Be Located At Ul. Spokojna 7, 23-110 Krzczonów For The Duration Of The Contract.3. It Is Estimated That Approximately 70 M3 Will Be Purchased, And, In Accordance With Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Size Of The Service Is 40 M3.4. The Size Of A Single Fuel Delivery Is Approximately 2M³, Max. 2.5 M3.5. The Fuel Must Meet The Parameters Of The Currently Applicable Standard Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06 Or Equivalent And Meet The Quality Requirements In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of September 11, 2019 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1314).6. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Documents With Each Delivery Indicating Compliance With Fuel Quality Requirements, In Particular A Quality Certificate/Certificates.7. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Random Verification Of The Quality Of Fuels, Which Will Be Performed By A Certified Analytical Laboratory.8. As Part Of The Free Tank Loan, The Contractor Will Provide A Fuel Tank With A Capacity Of 2.5 M³, Equipped With A Measuring System With Temperature Compensation Up To +15 ºc (Verified Or A Digital Counter With The Possibility Of Calibration), Approved For Operation By The Office Of Technical Inspection, With The Required Fire Protection And Enabling The Collection Of Fuel Samples. If A Digital Meter Is Used: Calibration Is Required At Least Once Every 6 Months, Confirmed By A Protocol Or Calibration Certificate Provided To The Ordering Party Upon Request. If A Verified System Is Used: Current Legalization Of The Competent Authority, Confirmed By A Legalization Certificate, Is Required.9. As Part Of The Free Loan Of The Tank Referred To Above, The Contractor Will Ensure Its Delivery And Unloading/Installation In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (In Krzczonów). As Part Of The Free Loan Of The Tank, During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Also Provide Free Periodic Inspections Of The Technical Condition Of The Tank Along With Calibration Of The Meter (In Each Case There Are Doubts As To The Correctness Of Its Readings), Free Service And Other Activities Necessary To Maintain The Proper Functioning Of The Tank;10. On The Day Of Delivery Of The Tank, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: − A Detailed Instruction Manual For The Delivered Tank, − A Valid Firefighting Experts Certificate, − The Required Technical Supervision Documents Authorizing The Tank For Operation,
