The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Selected Fractions Of Dolomite Aggregate Intended For The Needs Of The Municipal Plant In Pajęczno, Including Loading, Transport And Unloading To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Pajęczno Commune. Supplies Of Aggregates Made From Metallurgical Slag And Its Admixtures Are Not Allowed. Part 1: Successive Delivery Of Dolomite Aggregate For The Needs Of The Municipal Plant In Pajęczno In 2026. Part 1: Purchase With Delivery Of: A) Dolomite Aggregate Fraction 4-16 Mm In The Amount Of 700 Tons, B) Dolomite Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 1,100 Tons, C) Dolomite Aggregate Fraction 0-63 Mm In An Amount Of 300 Tons. The Quantities Given In Section 2 Are Indicative And Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party. Failure By The Ordering Party To Perform The Contract In The Remaining Scope Does Not Require Giving Reasons And Cannot Constitute The Basis For Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Order Includes Transport And Unloading Of The Above-Mentioned Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Pajęczno Commune, In Quantities And Dates Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Within 48 Hours From The Moment Of Notification By Telephone Or E-Mail. Deliveries Will Be Made From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. On Working Days From Monday To Friday, In Consultation With The Ordering Partys Employee. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Quality Of The Delivered Aggregate And Weigh The Quantity Of Crushed Stone Before Unloading From The Truck. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Certificates For The Above-Mentioned Aggregates Upon The First Delivery Of The Order.
