1. The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Specialist Care Services At Home For People With Mental Disorders In 2026, Pursuant To Art. 18 Section 1 Point 3 And Art. 50 Section 7 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283, As Amended) And Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816) For Beneficiaries Municipal Social Welfare Center In Warlub.2. The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Order Fulfillment In The Period From January 19, 2026 To December 31, 2026 Is Approximately 1,632 Hours, Including: - Approximately 1,224 Hours Of Behavioral Therapy; - Approximately 144 Hours Of Si Therapy Services; - Approximately 120 Hours Of Services Provided By A Speech Therapist; - Approximately 48 Hours Of Hand Therapy Services; - Approximately 96 Hours Of Social Skills Training.3. The Scope Of Specialist Care Services Is Described In Detail In § 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialist Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816). Specialized Care Services Are Intended For Adults With Disorders Listed In Art. 3 Of The Act On Mental Health Protection, I.E. Mentally Ill People With Psychotic Disorders, Mentally Disabled People, People With Other Serious Disturbances Of Mental Functions Which, According To The State Of Medical Knowledge, Are Classified As Mental Disorders, And This Person Requires The Form Of Help And Care Necessary To Live In A Family Or Social Environment. In Exceptional Cases, These Services Are Intended For Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders Who Do Not Have Access To Classes Provided By Other Obligated Entities.4. The Estimated Number Of People To Be Provided With Specialist Care Services At Home For People With Mental Disorders Is 6 People. The Estimated Number Of People And The Number Of Hours Reflect The Current Number Of People Requiring Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders And The Number Of Hours Allocated To Them. The Actual Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. In Relation To The Number Of Hours, The Ordering Party Reserves That They May Be Changed (Increased Or Decreased) Because They Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability In The Number Of Beneficiaries And Their Needs Due To Their Changing Health Condition And Life Situation.5. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom The Services Will Be Provided And The Actual Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Are Entitled To Assistance And The Scope Of This Assistance. 6. The Service Hour Is One Clock Hour (I.E. 60 Minutes). The Time Of One Hour Of Providing Specialist Care Services Does Not Include The Time Of Getting To Or From The Beneficiary,
