Until December 31, 2026 And After Its Termination, B) Marking Animals (Microchip), C) Conducting A Minimum Fourteen-Day Quarantine For Newly Arrived Animals, D) Keeping Records Of Homeless Animals Animals Caught From The Commune In A Manner Consisting In Particular In Describing The Given Animal (Breed, Color, Size, Health Status And Microchip Number), Date Of Its Admission, Dates Of Sterilization Or Castration, Veterinary Procedures Performed, Number Or Name Under Which It Was Placed On The Website Or In Social Media Run By The Shelter, Date And Method Of Leaving The Shelter And Providing It Once A Month, Together With An Invoice For The Services Provided, E) Forwarding Photos Of Each Caught Animal To The Ordering Party Within 5 Days From The Date Of Admission To The Shelter, F) Providing The Animals With Medical And Veterinary Care (Prophylaxis, Treatment, Castration And Sterilization), However, In The Case Of Adopting An Animal Before Undergoing Castration Or Sterilization, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Adoption Contract With The Owner Of The Animal A Provision On Sterilization Or Castration Within A Specified Period, G) Carrying Out All Activities Aimed At Adopting Animals, Searching For People Willing To Take Care Of Them Homeless Animals By Running A Website And Regularly Posting Photos Of Caught Dogs On It, H) Concluding Written Contracts Under Which Adopters Will Undertake To Take Care Of Homeless Animals, Keeping And Storing Records Of Adoption Contracts And Providing Their Scans Along With Contact Details In A Monthly Report, I) Enabling Authorized Employees Of The Commune Office To Enter The Shelter Premises In Order To Inspect The Assessment Of The Conditions And Correctness Of The Service Provided, As Well As Providing Access To The Shelters Services Documentation: Animal Records And Adoption Contracts;2) The Service Should Be Performed Based On Applicable Legal Provisions, And In Particular In Accordance With: A) The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended), B) The Act Of March 11, 2004 On The Protection Of Animal Health And Combating Infectious Animal Diseases (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1075, As Amended), C) Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), D) Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of 20 January 2022 On Detailed Veterinary Requirements For Running Animal Shelters (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 175),3) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Quality Of The Services Provided And Their Compliance With The Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order;4) Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of
