1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Municipal Road Located In The Ługi Housing Estate In Jarocin, I.E. Ul. Bieszczadzka In Jarocin. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Regarding Authors Supervision Over The Developed Documentation.1.1. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Carrying Out A Site Visit, 2) Developing And Agreeing On The Final Design Concept With The Ordering Party (Based On The Illustrative Concept Attached To The Tender Procedure), 3) Preparing Design Documentation Based On The Agreed Concept, Including In Particular A Construction Design Consisting Of: A) Land Development Design, B) Architectural And Construction Design, C) Technical Designs, Together With Obtaining Legally Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Documents On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Necessary To Perform Construction Works Designed In The Above-Mentioned Documentation, 4) Preparation Of An Executive Design (If The Detail Of The Technical Design Is Insufficient). The Ordering Party Accepts The Preparation Of A Technical Design With Extended Detail Enabling Efficient Implementation Of The Road Construction, 5) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities For Each Industry Separately, 6) Preparing An Investor And Offer Cost Estimate (Zero - Blind) For Each Industry Separately, 7) Developing A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), 8) If In Order To Prepare Documentation And Obtain Arrangements, Permits, Decisions Enabling The Ordering Party To Commence Construction Works, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, There Will Be A Need To Prepare Additional Documents, Studies, Calculations Or Make Additional Arrangements Not Listed In The Tor And Its Annexes, The Contractor Will Perform Them As Part Of This Order,9) Transfer Of Copyrights To The Documentation, Including All Documents Produced And Obtained, Referred To In This Order. The Documentation Should Describe The Investment Task In Detail And Be Sufficient For The Ordering Party To Conduct A Tender Procedure For Construction Works And Award A Public Contract For These Works Based On The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, 10) Providing Answers And Explanations To Inquiries Regarding The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Which Will Be Received From Bidders During The Tender Procedure For The Selection Of The Contractor For Construction Works, Within The Deadlines Enabling The Response To Be Provided In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law (This Service Is Also Included In The Scope Of The Basic Procurement).1.2. Moreover, As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Take Into Account The Use Of Standard Solutions Resulting In Cost Optimiz
