The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (The List Of Documentation Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement) For The Investment Entitled Reconstruction Of The Dormitory Building, Acting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party-Investor Before Administrative Bodies And Appraisers And Other Entities Required By Law, In Order To Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Permits, Arrangements, Decisions And Notifications Required By Law, As Well As Opinions Of Appraisers, Aimed At Ultimately Achieving The Intended Goal - Conducting A Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Investment And The Implementation Of The Investment Itself. The Investment Will Concern The Reconstruction Of The Facility, Which Is Currently Unused Due To A Number Of Critical Factors - Absolute Legal Requirement, General Poor Technical Condition Of The Building And Incompatibility With Fire Protection Requirements.
