Tenders are invited for Recruiting a Photographer/Videographer for an Event no later than 29 December 2025 PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK The objective of this assignment is to document the launching event of Lowering the Voting Age media campaign in photos and videos. The Contractor shall attend the event on 17 January 2026 at the Sunflower Theatre in Beirut at 10:00 a.m. and perform the following tasks: Task 1: take photos of the event and submit to Masar a digital photo album consisting of 60 diverse photos that are properly edited and coloured. Task 2: produce a 1-minute recap video of the event on the campaign launch and discussion that will follow. Task 4: produce 4 testimonials by young people expressing their opinions about lowering the voting age of around 20 seconds each. Task 5: take pictures/ film testimonials by 4 decision makers and influential persons attending the event and produce video segments of around 20 seconds long each.
