Quotation are invited for Provision of Manpower Services to provide Hostel Caretaker Service at internal and external hostels belonging to the University of Kelaniya (Including the Medical Faculty of Ragama). Relevant tender applications with other details can be obtained from the Senior Assistant Registrar (General Administration) from 21.12.2025 up to 2.30 p.m. on 05.01.2026 on submission of the receipt received from the Shroff of the University on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3500/ = . The relevant hostels can be inspected by contacting the Senior Assistant Registrar (Student Services). A Pre-Bid Meeting relevant to this is scheduled to be held at 10.0 a.m. on 30.12.2025 at the Deans Committee Meeting Hall on the Second Floor of the Administration Building of the University. All prospective Bidders are expected to be present at the meeting.
