III) Profile of the Consultant(s) MdM BE is seeking a senior consultant or a team of consultants with strong expertise in humanitarian program or grant management to conduct a multi-country analysis of gaps in disaster preparedness in North Africa. Required qualifications and experience: Senior profile in humanitarian program or grant management: Proven experience in the design, management, monitoring, and reporting of programs or grants funded by institutional donors. In-depth knowledge of the North African context: Strong understanding of humanitarian, migration, and socio-political dynamics in North Africa, especially in contexts of mobility, complex crises, and natural disasters. Expertise or proven experience with civil society organizations: Experience working with local organizations and understanding issues related to protection, gender, and inclusion in humanitarian and crisis preparedness responses. Strong analytical and synthesis skills: Ability to conduct multi-sectoral analyses, identify systemic gaps in preparedness and coordination, and develop operational, pragmatic, and results-oriented recommendations.
