Nautical charts and publications, direct to the company (client shore facility) and vessels globally or at sea by means of Electronic Couriers and supply customized correction datasets (as soon as released) related to a vessels portfolio of Admiralty Charts and Publications. 1.3 The supplier must be authorized / licensed by OR holding approval OR legaly sound acceptance from either the relative institutions or their publishers to distribute / supply both paper and electronic format of their Publications, such as (but not limited to) from IMO. ILO. STCW. ICS. BIMCO. INTERTANKO. OCIMF etc. direct to the company (client shore facilty) and vessels globally or at sea by means of Electronic Couriers. Supplier to submit documentary evidence m support to the criteria, i.e.. either copy of license or approval or notarized self-declaration on no violation to copy right issue. 2 Service deliverables 2.1 The Supplier has capacity to monitor Client (Office ashore) and its fleet of vessels Nautical Charts. Admiralty Publications and Technical Publications portfolio and ability to keep them updated to the latest, by means of timely, regular and automatic supply of new editions of charts and publications. 22 The supplier has a digital platform for maintaining charts & publications management Voyage/passage management for the vessel and Fleet management system for Client (Office ashore) as per the below mentioned In 2.2.A & 2.2.B: 2.2A Digital Platform /Solutions for the vessel shall serve at least the following minimum services: Alerts. Voyage Passage planning. Route Optimization. Weather Update, monitoring and routing. Port Data Information Admiralty Bulletins & News. Load Line Information. HRA/JWLA/PSSA/Speaal Area. Supplier to submit their setup procedures on activation of PAYS services 2.4 The Supplier has an effective and efficient Business to Business (B2B) service model for the supply of admiralty and non-admiralty digital products to Vessels and Client (Office ashore). Supplier to submit their B2B set up model & procedures. Supplier to demonstrate their declaration to the criteria by giving virtual tour of their B2B model using digital platforms such as MS Team. 2.5 The Supplier has capacity to provide the Client and its vessels with 24-hour support towards their provided digital platforms/ solutions and services. Supplier to submit documentary evidence in support to their declaration. 24 hour support system mechanism and procedures. 2.6 The Supplier has ability to ssue records of services rendered in form of ether Document or Certificate to the Client & its Vessels.
