Quotation are invited for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of a 100.0 kWp Solar PV Carport System. Submission Requirements the Proposal must be Comprehensive and Include, at a Minimum, the following: · Company Qualifications: A company profile detailing your qualifications to undertake this project, along with a track record of past experience in both EPC and O&M of similar solar carport projects. · Technical Proposal: Preliminary designs including the proposed layout, structural design, Single Line Diagram (SLD), and grounding system. Please also include a PVsyst simulation report, and datasheets of components offered specifying type and model of each part. · Financial Proposal: showing the total project price and the unit cost per kWp, in accordance with the submitted design and technical specifications. · O&M Plan: A suggested Operation and Maintenance (O&M) plan for the post-commissioning warranty period of 2 years As-built CAD drawings of the parking area. · A screenshot of the suggested PV panel distribution. · A birds-eye view photograph of the site. Terms and general conditions: 1. All prices should be in USD. 2. All prices should be Excluding VAT. 3. Each supplier should have a valid deduction source. 4. Prices should be a breakdown for each item. 5. Official prices should be submitted through email and emailed to [email protected], no later than Saturday 27/12/2025 by COD 16:00. 6. Delivery and Installation period should be within 120 days from the purchase order issuance date. 7. Location delivery will be Palestine Techno Park, Birzeit, Ramallah, Palestine. 8. Each offer should be stamped and signed by each supplier "official offer". 9. The Palestine Techno Park have the right to request zero VAT; the Palestine Techno Park shall be responsible for issuing the VAT exemption after submitting the required papers from the selected supplier.
