The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Create A Modern Self-Service Environment For Rara Users, With Which Users Can Borrow And Return Information Independently And Do So With 24/7 Access. The Desire Is To Create The Most Automated And Convenient Solution For Retrieving, Lending And Returning Information From Storage, As Well As Inventorying. The Result Of The Procurement Also Includes A Collection Processing Solution (Uhf Rfid (Radio Frequency Identification) And A Solution For Printing Stickers, Including Location References, For The Employees Of The Collection Development Department Of The National Library Of Estonia. The Procurement Object Forms A Functionally And Technically Unified Whole, So Dividing It Into Parts Is Not Reasonable Considering The Purpose Of The Procurement.
