The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure A Safe, Convenient And Accessible Parking Service For The Employees Of The Joint Building Of The Ministries (Suur-Ameerika 1, Tallinn) On Weekdays And, If Necessary, On Weekends And At Night. The Provider Must Offer At Least 50 Parking Spaces In One Parking Lot (One Property). In Order To Ensure Up To 250 Parking Spaces, The Procurer Recognizes As Many Bids As Successful, If The Number Of Parking Spaces Can Be Ranked To Reach 250 When Dividing The Parking Spaces. Based On The Ranking, The Procurer Concludes A Procurement Contract With All Those Bidders Recognized As Successful Who Have No Grounds For Exclusion From The Procurement Procedure And Whose Technical And Professional Capacity Meets The Requirements Of The Qualification Condition.
