The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Divide The Contract Into Individual Parts Among Several Participants. The Contract Is Divided Into 3 Parts Appropriately In Accordance With § 35 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Order Is Divided Into The Following 3 Parts: 1) Part 1: Wms 2) Part 2: Delivery And Connection To The Markeplace 3) Part 3: Delivery Of It Automation And Optimization As Part Of This Tender, The Participant Can Therefore Submit An Offer For Any Part Or For 2 Parts Or For All 3 Parts. Within Each Part Of The Contract, The Participant Must Always Be Offered Complete Fulfillment Of The Given Part Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Conditions Of This Procurement Documentation. Each Part Will Be Evaluated Separately. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Order Is The Delivery Of Performance Expected Within The Planned Subsidy Project Entitled Digital Transformation In The Company Baby Centrum S.R.O. Registration Number Cz.01.01.02/01/24_054/0006296. This Contract Includes Installation, Commissioning At The Place Designated By The Client, Including All Training Conducted At The Clients Headquarters. The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For The Fact That The Order Will Be Delivered Complete And Will Contain All Parts Necessary For Flawless Operation. Only Original (Not Refurbished) Components Will Be Used For Production. The Technical Specification Sets The Basis For The Minimum Requirements For Function, Performance, Service Life, Etc. If The Zd Or Its Annexes Contain Specific Trade Names Or Brands, This Is Only A Definition Of The Required Standard, And The Contracting Authority Allows For Other Technically And Qualitatively Comparable Solutions. 1) Part 1: Wms The Detailed Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance For Part 1 Is Contained In The Annex To The Contract For Part 1 – Technical Specification (Annex No. 1 Of The Contract). 2) Part 2: Delivery And Connection To The Markeplace The Detailed Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance For Part 2 Is Contained In The Annex To The Contract For Part 2 – Technical Specification (Annex No. 1 Of The Contract). 3) Part 3: Delivery Of It Automation And Optimization A Detailed Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance For Part 3 Is Contained In The Annex To The Contract For Part 3 – Technical Specification (Annex No. 1 Of The Contract). The Order Is Divided Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Does Not Intend To Discuss Offers With The Participants In The Sense Of Article 5.4 Of The Rules.
