Timberlea Wwtf Roof Replacement . Halifax Water Is Inviting Proposals To Replace The Roofs On Two Separate Buildings At The Timberlea Wwtf. Each Building Has Two Roof Levels, For A Total Of Four Roof Areas.Halifax Water’S Timberlea Wastewater Treatment Facility (Wwtf), Located At 77 Riverview Drive, Was Constructed In 1984. The Facility’S Original Roof Is A Built-Up Tar System Consisting Of Multiple Layers Of Felt And Tar, Overlaid With Pea Gravel, Fibreglass Insulation, A Vapour Barrier, And A Structural Steel Deck. Over The Years, The Roof Has Experienced Leaks That Were Repaired, But There Are Currently Two Active Leak Areas
