Tenders Are Invited For Subscription Maintenance Of Elevator Systems, Installed In Administrative Buildings Of The Ta Of Noi - Ruse And Delivery Of Spare Parts And Consumables
The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For Providing Subscription Post-Warranty And Service Technical Support Of Elevators Installed In Buildings Of The National Technical University Of The Russian Academy Of Sciences - Ruse. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Activities For Subscription Maintenance Of Two Elevator Systems - Passenger With 7 Stops And Freight With 2 Stops, As Well As A Platform Elevator For The Disabled With External Installation With 2 Stops (Upper And Lower), As Well As Provision Of Spare Parts And Consumables For The Facilities If Necessary. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: A) Subscription Post-Warranty Maintenance Of The Elevator Systems - The Minimum Necessary Activities For Their Technical Maintenance Are Monthly Functional Checks And Technical Maintenance In Accordance With The Ordinance On The Safe Operation And Technical Supervision Of Elevators And The Technical Specification; B) Service Maintenance And Repair Of Elevator Systems, Incl. Provision Of Spare Parts, Materials And/Or Consumables, After Damage Has Been Detected And After A Written Offer Has Been Approved By The Contracting Authority; C) The Contractor Performs Urgent Additional Activities (Beyond Those Mentioned Above) Regarding The Operation Of The Elevator Systems. The Purpose Of The Service Is To Ensure Maximum Technical Condition, Safe Operation And Reliable Use Of The Elevator Systems In Accordance With The Norms Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation And The Operating Instructions Of The Respective Manufacturer, As Well As The Removal Of Any Damage That Has Occurred For Safe And Accident-Free Operation.
