The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Activities That Are Related To The Carrying Out Of Current Repairs Of Buildings And Movable Objects (Toto Points), Including: Roofing, Tin Work, Waterproofing, Plastering, Painting, Flooring, Carpentry, Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical Work, Etc. Falling Within The Scope Of The Definition Of Current Repair, According To Item 43 Of §5 Of The Dr Of Zut. Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. * The Contracting Party Declares The Performance Of Activities By Specifying The Parameters For Each Object, According To Its Needs, Without The Obligation To Declare Performance For The Full Amount Of The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement And The Announced Estimated Quantities. The Contractor Is Not Guaranteed Quantities Of The Assigned Works Under The Framework Agreement. On The Basis Of Art. 81, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Potential Contractor, Which Does Not Specify All The Conditions Within The Meaning Of Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Zop. The Scope And Volume Of The Individual Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Depend On The Specific Need, As Well As On The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Specific Contracts Awarded In Fulfillment Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Awarded On The Basis And In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Zop, With – Sending An Invitation To The Person Under The Framework Agreement With An Indication Of The Specific Activities, Object, Scope And Period Of Performance Under The Relevant Contract.
