Performance To Include Delivery Of The Vessel And Warranty Maintenance. The Delivery Period Shall Start From The Date Of Issue Of The Assignment Letter. The Warranty Conditions Must Comply With The Warranty Prescribed By The Manufacturer, But Must Not Be Less Than 2 Years, With No Limit On The Number Of Motorcycle Hours. Each Participant Must Submit A Description Of The Characteristics Of The Offered Vessel (A Working Aluminum Boat), Together With The Equipment And The Equipment For It, Which At Least Meet The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In This Technical Specification. To The Technical Proposal, The Participant Must Attach Photographs Of The Vessel, Providing A Clear Idea Of ​​Its Appearance. The Delivered Vessel Must Comply With All Current Regulatory Documents Of The Bulgarian Legislation, As Well As The Applicable European Directives, Regulations And Rules At The Date Of Delivery. Only The Delivery Of A Newly Manufactured, Unused Vessel, Equipment And Gear Is Permitted. The Vessel Must Be Fully Equipped With: All Necessary Operating Fluids And Consumables Guaranteeing Proper Operation; Operating Instructions In Bulgarian, Certificates Of Conformity, Warranty And/Or Service Booklet.
