Also • Performance To Include Delivery And Warranty Support. • The Delivery Term Begins To Run From The Date Of The Assignment Letter. • Warranty Conditions - According To The Warranty Prescribed By The Manufacturer, But Not Less Than 5 Years And Without Limitation Of Moto Hours. • The Minimum Warranty Period Of The Anti-Corrosion Coating Of The Products Should Be A Minimum Of 5 Years From The Date Of The Handover Protocol • The Contractor Should Present A List Of Addresses And Contact Persons Of Authorized Service Bases Of The Offered Equipment On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. • To Provide Evidence That The Contractor Is: - Machine Manufacturer; Or - Official Representative/Authorized Distributor Of The Manufacturer; Or - Official Representative/Authorized Distributor Of The Official Representative For The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. Authorized Service Bases Are Service Bases In Which, Upon Removal Of A Technical Malfunction/Flaw/Defect/Inconsistency, During Warranty (Service) Servicing Of The Forklifts Or Individual Parts Thereof, The Warranty Responsibility For The Forklifts Does Not Waive. • The Contractor Should Carry Out A Briefing - Familiarization With The Features And Technical Characteristics Of The Delivered Forklift, Necessary For Its Management And Operation. The Briefing Must Cover At Least Two Employees Designated By The Employer And Take Place At The Place Of Delivery. • Each Participant Should Submit A Description Of The Characteristics Of The Forklift Offered, Together With The Equipment For It, Which Should At Least Cover The Minimum Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In This Technical Specification. • To The Technical Proposal, The Participant Should Attach A Catalog With Technical Data Of The Proposed Brand And Model Of Machines. The Document Is Presented In The Language In Which It Was Issued And Translated Into Bulgarian (In Case It Was Issued In A Foreign Language).
