Supply Of Audiovisual Technical Equipment For Hire, As Well As Technical, Logistical And Assembly And Disassembly Services For Actions Organized By The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board, Sa.The Object Of The Tender Is The Hiring Of A Company That Will Be Responsible For The Supply Of The Technical Material Detailed In The Technical Specification Sheet (Ppt), On A Rental Basis, Without The Option To Purchase, As Well As The Technical, Logistical And Assembly And Disassembly Service For Actions Organized By The Costa Brava Tourism Board Girona, Sa, (Hereafter Patronat). The Contract Is Divided Into Two Provisions. -Service 1. Supply Of The Material: This Service Consists Of The Rental Of The Audiovisual Material Needed For A Specific Action From Among Those Detailed In Clause Two Of The Technical Specifications. The Rental Of The Material Includes, If Necessary, The Transport To The Destination Indicated By The Board And The Corresponding Packaging To Be Transported, If Applicable, And The Return To The Place Of Origin If Applicable.-Service 2. Assembly And Disassembly Of The Supplied Material And Technical Services: This Service Consists Of The Assembly And Disassembly Of The Supplied Material Related To Service 1. Also, If Applicable, It May Include The Light And/Or Sound Technician Service That Is Required According To The Boards Needs.
