The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of The S11 Expressway On The Section From Km Approx. 19+430 (Border Of Plots 184 And 185, Chodzież District, Commune: Budzyń, Wyszyny District) To Km Approx. 42+300, Connecting The Constructed Section Of The S11 Oborniki Road - Poznań Północ Junction With The Oborniki Bypass To The Dual Carriageway Cross-Section. The Beginning Of The Section In Question Is Connected To The Dual Carriageway Cross-Section Of The Planned S11 Road On Section I Ujście - Budzyń Junction (With The Junction). The End Of The Section In Question Should Be Connected To The Oborniki - Poznań Section, Together With The Oborniki Bypass. The Planned S11 Piła - Poznań Road On The Ujście - Oborniki Section Is A Fragment Of The S11 Kołobrzeg - Poznań Road. The Length Of The Designed Section Is 22,871 Km. The Investment Is Located In The Northern Part Of The Greater Poland Voivodeship, In Chodzież And Obornicki Counties, Within The Administrative Borders Of The Following Communes: Budzyń, Rogoźno And Ryczywół. It Is Necessary To Perform All Necessary Design Studies, Obtain On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, All Arrangements, Permits, Approvals, Decisions And Approvals Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements And The Contract Conditions, Perform Construction Works And Obtain, On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Decisions On The Use Permit For The Entire Scope Of The Investment.
