Architectural Services For Buildings – Project Manager For The Partial Renovation Of Ernest Perochon Schools (Nursery And Elementary), City Of Poitiers - Bellejouanne District (86). As Part Of A Renewal Of The Bellejouanne District, The City Of Poitiers Is Carrying Out The Project Of Partial Renovation Of The Ernest Perochon Nursery And Elementary Schools. This Contract Concerns The Project Management And Opc Missions To Carry Out This Operation. This Operation Aims In Particular At The Energy Renovation And Accessibility Of School Buildings (Buildings A And B). The Operation Includes The Greening Of Courtyards, The Renovation Of Toilets, And The Creation Of An After-School Nursery Room. This One-Off Extension Is Inseparable From The Existing Part Of The Kindergarten. The Amount Of The Envelope Allocated To The Work Is 2,765,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax (Value June 2025)
