Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – Awarding Of Regular Passenger Transport Services On Line 9224 In The Eichstätt District. As The Responsible Authority Within The Meaning Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of October 23, 2007 On Public Passenger Transport Services (Vo 1370/2007), The Eichstätt District Intends To Issue A Public Service Contract (Öda) For Public Passenger Transport Services In Its Area Of Responsibility. The Subject Of The Intended Öda Is All Current And Future Public Passenger Transport Services On Line 9224. At The Start Of Operations (January 1, 2027), These Are The Following Transport Services: Line 9224: Eichstätt - Titting - Greding / Thalmässing The Öda Refers To Public Transport Services Within The Meaning Of Section 8 Pbefg, Regardless Of The Specific Form Of Service (In Particular Regular Service In The Sense Of §§ 42, 43 Pbefg). The Operator Will Be Granted An Exclusive Right Within The Limits Of Section 8A Paragraph 8 Pbefg. The Öda Will Contain Regulations According To Which The Transport Offer Must Be Adapted To Changing Transport Needs Within The Framework Specified In The Öda And To The Nvp In Its Currently Applicable Version As Well As To Other Changed Circumstances (Such As Technical Developments, Environmental And Climate Protection Concerns). The Rights To Change Relate To The Type And Scope As Well As Quality Of Transport Services And Transport Tariffs. This May Result In Changes To The Inventory And Route Of The Line As Well As To The Timetable And Fares Offered, To The Form Of Service (Regular Line Operation Or Flexible Forms Of Service) Or To Other Aspects Such As Vehicle And Other Quality Standards. As A Result, The Line May Change, New Lines May Be Added Or The Current Line May Disappear. The Volume Of Traffic Recorded By The Öda Can Be Reduced Or Increased. With This Information, The Responsible Authority Complies With The Publication Obligation In Accordance With Section 8A Ii Of The Passenger Transport Act (Pbefg) In Conjunction With Article 7 Ii Of Regulation 1370/2007.
