The Substantive Support, Coaching And Methodological Guidance Of The Youth Development Worker By The External Organization. The Organization Is Expected To Actively Respond To Current Trends And Developments Within Society And Youth Welfare, And To Provide Relevant Expertise And Methodologies That Meet The Needs Of Young People And The Local Context In Mol. The Municipality Consciously Opts For A Structural And Sustainable Continuation Of Youth Development Work As A Preventive Method, Aimed At Connection, Participation And Strengthening Young People Within The Local Community.
