The Agreement Includes Daily Internal Cleaning And Periodic Window Polishing At 74 Different Locations Such As Primary Schools, Special Schools, Sfos (After-School Facilities), Day Care, Special Institutions, Residences, Administration Buildings, Libraries, Cultural Centers, Sports And Swimming Halls, Public Toilets, Etc. In Some Cases, There Are Two Or More Locations That Are Physically Contiguous Or Marked At The Same Address. All Locations Covered By The Agreement Are Shown In Schedule 3, Tender List And In Appendix 3, Location Data. The Tendered Contract Contains In Appendices 4-6 Social Obligations, Including In Appendix 5 Conditions That The Supplier Must Ensure The Employment Of Persons In Training When Fulfilling The Agreement. The Requirement Has Been Introduced In Order To Fulfill The Municipalitys Obligation Under Section 176, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 2, As Well As Executive Order No. 1079 Of 29 June 2022 On Requirements For The Use Of Persons Undergoing Training In Public Contracts Issued In Accordance With § 176, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 4, And Must Be Understood Accordingly. The Municipality Draws Attention To The Fact That, In The Municipalitys View, The Requirement Can Be Met By Using, For Example, New Employees Who Are Included In A Training Course, Including, For Example, In The Form Of Training Of Sidemen, Thorough Instruction In The Use Of Cleaning Chemistry And Methods, As Well As Ergonomics. Allerød Municipality Offers And Enters Into The Agreement On Its Own Behalf, And On Behalf Of Any Independent Institutions With Which Allerød Municipality Has Or During The Agreement Period Obtains Operating Agreements. The Agreement Can Thus Be Used By Both Allerød Municipality (Including The Localities Which Are Not Independent Legal Entities, But Part Of Allerød Municipality) As Well As Any Independent Institutions With Which Allerød Municipality Has An Agreement. In This Tender Material, The Term Allerød Municipality Is Used As A Collective Term For The Contracting Authorities Who Can Buy Into The Agreement.
