Environmental Engineering Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement For Environmental Consultant In Construction Projects Including Environmental Coordinators, Environmental Inventory, Reuse Inventory, Waste Planning And Climate Calculations. The Assignment Includes Environmental Consulting Services For Sfvs Construction Project Regarding Environmental Coordinators, Environmental Inventory, Reuse Inventory, Waste Planning And Climate Calculations. The Framework Agreement Covers Construction Projects From The Director Generals Decision-Making Mandate Upwards, Which Currently Corresponds To A Project Cost Of Over Sek 10 Million. The Framework Agreement Is Not Exclusive And Other Procurements May Occur. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Approximately Sek 3 Million Per Year. The First Framework Agreement Period May Be Lower Than The Others Because Resources In Ongoing Projects Have Already Been Allocated. The Ceiling Volume Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Sek 15 Million. Sfv Does Not Guarantee Volumes On The Framework Agreement. The Procurement Is Intended To Result In Framework Agreements With 3 Consulting Firms. Calling Method Includes Both Ranking And Renewed Competition. For Assignments With Renewed Competition, The Following Award Criteria Can Be Used: • Assessment Of The Submitted Assignment Description, • Competence And Experience In A Specific Area, • Estimated Hours For The Assignment, • Travel And Allowance Costs, And • When The Assignment Can Begin And End
