Users Are Children Living At Home With Different Forms Of Mental And Physical Disabilities. In Addition To A Respite Care Centre, Parts Of The Building Shall Be Able To Be Used As A Day Offer For Youths/Adults When Children/Youths Are In Schools, Etc., The Project Shall Be Carried Out As Builder Managed Shared Contracts.
