The Planned Actions Are Part Of The Program Of Measures Of The Flood Risk Management Plan (Pgri) Of The Second Cycle Of The Segura Hydrographic Demarcation, Approved By Royal Decree 26/2023, Of January 17, Where They Are Collected Under The Heading “Hydrological Correction And Lamination Actions In The Cobatillas Rambla (Tt.Mm. Murcia And San Javier)” (Measure 14.03.02). These Works Are Considered Of General Interest, In Accordance With Article 46.1.B) Of The Consolidated Text Of The Water Law And The Second Additional Provision Of Royal Decree-Law 27/2021, As They Are Included Within The Framework Of Priority Actions To Recover The Mar Menor, In The Section Dedicated To Flood Risk Management. The Defined Actions Include The Construction Of Eight Lamination And Hydrological Correction Dams In The Ravines Of La Grajera, Del Agua And Las Higueras, The Execution Of A Controlled Storage Area (Zac) To Contribute To The Lamination, The Environmental Restoration Of The Area And The Improvement Downstream Of The Zac As Well As The Repair Of The Three Existing Dams And The Execution Or Adaptation Of Access Roads, Replacement Of Fences And Restitution Of Affected Roads.
