This Award Procedure Aims To Provide 100% Comprehensive Access To The Underserved Gray Areas (See Annex 04A Overview Maps Lots 1-8) With Needs-Based High-Bit-Rate Broadband Coverage. The Subject Of The Concession Is Therefore Essentially The Planning, Construction And Operation Of A Gigabit Broadband Network As Well As The Supply Of A Sustainable And High-Performance Telecommunications Infrastructure (Gigabit Network). The Earmarking Period Is 7 Years. For This Purpose, The Minimum Requirement Is That At Least Data Rates Of 1 Gbit/S Are Established Symmetrically For All Participants In The Project Area.
