Construction Work - (24) Construction Of An Installation For Methane Fermentation Of Waste And Construction Of A Composting Plant In The Part Intended For Stabilization Of The Sieve Fraction (0-80 Mm) Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure On The Premises Of The Eko Dolina Sp. Plant. Z O. O. In Łężyce. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Construction, Commissioning And Initial Operation Of The Installation For Methane Fermentation Of Waste And The Construction Of A Composting Plant In The Part Intended For Stabilization Of The Under-Sieve Fraction (0-80 Mm), As Well As The Supply Of Mobile Equipment And The Construction Of The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure On The Premises Of The Eko Dolina Sp. Plant. Z O. O. In Łężyce. The Project Will Be Implemented On The Premises Of The Existing Plant At Al. Landscape Park 99 In Łężyce, 84-207 Koleczkowo. The Scope Of The Project Includes, Among Others: Design, Construction And Commissioning Of A Dry Fermentation Installation For Bio-Waste With A Capacity Of Min. 30,000 Mg/Year And Installation Of A Waste Composting Plant With Accompanying Infrastructure, The Necessary Elements Of Technical Infrastructure, External Utility Networks, As Well As Carrying Out Technological Commissioning And Participation In The Initial Operation And Delivery Of Equipment. The Scope Of The Project Also Includes Obtaining Or Changing On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Contract, I.E. Design, Construction, Carrying Out Commissioning And Initial Operation And Commissioning/Operation Of The Installation. The Subject Of The Agreement Should Be Implemented In The Following Stages: Stage I - Preparation Of Design Documentation Consisting Of A Technological Design, A Construction Design In The Field Of Land Development Design And An Architectural And Construction Design Together With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit. The Design Documentation Must Meet All Requirements Specified By All Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Issued And Obtained Under The Project In Question; The Parties Agree That The Ffu Contains A Description Of The Guidelines And Assumed Functionalities And Supplies Necessary To Implement The Installation As One Project, Covering: A) Designing A Bio-Waste Composting Plant With The Necessary Infrastructure Elements, B) Designing A Dry Fermentation Installation And Cooperating Technological Installations Related To The Preparation Of Feedstock For The Process, Digestate Dewatering, Storage Of Biogas And Liquid Fertilizer Generated In The Process, Installations For The Energy Use Of Biogas And The Necessary Infrastructure Elements (External Installations: Water Supply, Stormwater And Technological Sewage Systems, External Electrical And Telecommunications Installations And Other Installations Necessary For Proper Functioning And Operation). Stage Ii - Includes: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation For A Technical Project Containing The Designed Technology And Executive Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Cost Estimates - To The Extent Specified In The Fup, B) Execution Of Construction Works, Including Demolition Works, To The Extent Resulting From The Documentation Developed Under Stages I And Ii, Along With All
