The Services Covered By This Contract Can Be Provided Both In The Real Estate Assets Of The City Of Lille, Its Associated Municipalities Of Hellemmes And Lomme, Their Ccas, And In Buildings Belonging To Third Parties On Which The Municipal Hygiene And Health Service Of The City Of Lille Is Called Upon To Intervene In A Situation Of Danger. These Interventions May Also Concern Public Spaces In The City Of Lille And Its Associated Municipalities. This Consultation Is Carried Out By Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Articles R.2124-2 And R.2161-2 To R.2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp). The Services Are A Single Lot And Will Be The Subject Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement For The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Application Of Article R. 2162-4 2° Of The Public Order Code.
