Computer-Related Services – Product-Related Services For The Digital Workplace. The City Of Stockholm (Including Participating Companies, Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The City) Hereby Invites Suppliers To Submit Tenders In The Procurement Of Framework Agreements Regarding Product-Related Services For Digital Workplaces In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In This Procurement Document With Associated Appendices. Suppliers Must Offer Various Types Of Digital Devices And Peripherals Including Logistics For Handling These Devices. The Digital Units Are E.G. Smart Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Desktops. Peripheral Equipment Includes, For Example, Mobile Phones, Chargers, Extra Batteries, Computer Mice, Keyboards, Screens, Docking Stations And Digital Media Players. The Procurement Also Includes Responsibility For Product-Related Services Such As: - Preparation - Delivery To And From The Citys Business Locations - Withdrawal - Repairs Of Products - Assembly And Installation Service. Brand New Digital Devices Will Be Rented For 24 And 36 Months Respectively. The Right-Of-Use Period For The Reused Digital Device Is A Maximum Of Thirty-Six (36) Months, The Number Of Months Being Specified By The City In The Contract. Peripheral Equipment Will Be Purchased.
