The Hamburg-Mitte District Office, Urban And Landscape Planning Department, Is Pursuing The Planning And Construction Of A Social District Center On The Property At Wilhelmsburger Straße 73, Parcel 437, Veddel District (Church Property/Section 1, Appendix 15). This Is The Central Key Project Of The Rise Veddel Area Development, Which Is Anchored In The Integrated Development Concept Veddel (Iek). The New Building Is Intended To Replace The Pastorate Building That Is To Be Dismantled And Integrate The Existing Nave. With A Gross Floor Area Of Around 1,800 M² (1,500 M² In The New Building And 300 M² In The Existing Building To Be Converted), The Future Social District Center Will Primarily Provide Space For Medical And Health Services From The Veddel Polyclinic And House The Awo Seniors Meeting. In Addition, The Consulting And Educational Institution “Bi Education And Integration Hamburg Süd Ggmbh” Will Regularly Use Space In The Center And The Parish Itself Will Continue To Be Represented At The Location With Social And Cultural Projects. In Addition, Diverse Usable Areas Are To Be Created For (Socio-Cultural) Events In Order To Promote Encounters In The Neighborhood And Strengthen Social Cohesion In The District. The Pastorate Building Will Be Dismantled For The New Building. The Nave With Church Tower Will Be Retained And Integrated Into The New Building Planning. The Outdoor Facilities On The Property Are Planned Taking Into Account The Surrounding Open Spaces Of Immnauelpark. A Structural And Open Space Planning Implementation Competition Was Held. In Accordance With The State Land Transfer Agreement Of 1903, The Property With The Existing Buildings Will Revert To The Administrative Assets Of The Fhh/Lig After The Religious Use Is Abandoned And From There Transferred To The Administrative Assets Of The Hamburg-Mitte District Office. The Planning Services Required For The Project Will Be Commissioned In Stages. The Commissioning Takes Place In 2 Stages, With The Individual Service Phases Being Divided Into The Stages As Follows: Stage 1: Service Phases 1 – 4 (Basic Determination, Preliminary Planning, Draft Planning And Approval Planning) Stage 2: Service Phases 5 – 6 (Execution Planning And Preparation Of The Award) Stage 1 Is Commissioned With The Contract. The Commissioning Of The Further Service Phases Takes Place Gradually And Optionally.
