Hoai Including Building Physics (U-Value + Condensation Water Calculation + Life Cycle) As Well As Assessment Of The Fire Protection Of The Selected Roof Structure - Service Phases 2+3+5-9. As Part Of This Construction Project, The Roof Skin And The Guardrails Of Buildings 101, 102, 103, 104, 105 As Well As The Connecting Structure Between Buildings 101 And 105 Of The German Aerospace Center E. V. Will Be Repaired At The Berlin-Adlershof Location. The Roofs Mentioned Are Flat Roofs That Essentially Have A Similar Roof Structure. In Order To Maintain Service Operations And Ensure Occupational Safety, The Buildings Should Be Secured With Scaffolding And Emergency Roofs For Each Construction Phase. The Renewal Of The Above-Mentioned Roofs Includes The Replacement Of The Complete, Partially Polluted Roof Structure (Currently Sloping Screed With Insulation And Bitumen Sealing) And Should Be Supplemented With Extensive Green Roofs And/Or Pv Systems If Statically Possible. The Construction Project Is To Be Carried Out In Three Construction Phases, Outside Of The Frost Period. The Fall Protection On The Roof Is Part Of This Construction Project. The Total Roof Area Of All Roofs Is Around 4,600 M2. The Milestones For Implementing The Project Stipulate: - Start Of Work: End Of May 2026 - Start Of Construction: Spring 2028 - Completion: End Of 2030 The Total Costs Of The Project (Kg 300-400) Are Estimated At Approx. €3.65 Million Net, And Are Divided Into The Following Approximate Division Of The Kg: - Kg 300 Approx. €2.51 Million // - Kg 400 Approx. 1.10 Million € // It Is Intended To Commission The Following Services With This Tender: Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With §§ 33 Ff. Hoai Including Building Physics (U-Value + Condensation Water Calculation + Life Cycle) As Well As An Assessment Of The Fire Protection Of The Selected Roof Structure. Special Services: See Appendix To §6 Spec. Performance Obligations For The Architects Contract, Performance Levels 1A, 2, 3, 4, 5 The Services Are Commissioned In Stages. First, In The 1St Commissioning Stage, The Service Phases 2-3 Are Commissioned In Accordance With Hoai. The Performance Phases 5-9 Are Accessed Gradually.
