Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines, For Highways, Roads, Airfields And Railways; Flatwork – Remaining Planning And Construction Of A Gigabit Network (Fttb) For The City Of Bopfingen In The Ostalbkreis. The Client Plans To Set Up A Gigabit Network (Fttb) In The Bopfingen Urban Area. The Aim Is To Eliminate Any Remaining Gray Nga Spots In Accordance With The Gigabit Directive And Gigabit Directive 2.0 To Ensure The Minimum Bandwidths Specified In The Funding Notices And The Funding Programs Referred To Therein. For This Reason, The Client Has Decided To Improve Broadband Coverage In The Underserved Areas Of The District Between 2026 And 2028. For This Purpose, Starting From Connection Points To The District-Wide Backbone Network Of The Ostalbkreis And Building On Nga Networks Built In The Past, Supply Infrastructures To The Supply Areas As Well As Inner-City Distribution Networks In The Currently Underserved Areas Are Being Created Based On Fttb Technology. This Newly Created Passive Gigabit Network (Fttb) Will Be Made Available To A Private Network Operator For Use And Production Of The Active Network Level And The Supply Of High-Bit-Rate Broadband Connections For A Fee. The Network Operation Of The Newly Created Passive Gigabit Network (Fttb) Is Currently Being Awarded As Part Of A Europe-Wide Tender. The Contract Is Expected To Be Awarded In The Fourth Quarter Of 2025. The Client Has Decided To Tender The Production Of This Newly Created Passive Gigabit Network (Fttb) As A General Contractor Service. The General Contractor Should Provide Both The Necessary Planning And The Necessary Construction Work To Make The Newly Created Passive Gigabit Network (Fttb) Functional, As Well As House Connection And Installation Management. The Planning And Construction Services Required For This Are The Subject Of The Tender. The New Passive Gigabit Network (Fttb) To Be Built With This Tender Includes The Following Masses And Building Connection Points (Gap) In The Gray Nga Spots: Bopfingen Gray Spots According To The Gigabit Directive And Gigabit Guideline 2.0: - Approx. 59.5 Km As A New Building In The Public Area Up To The Private Property Boundary - Approx. 28.7 Km Use Of Existing Infrastructure - Approx Gray Nga Spots (New Building And Civil Engineering Already Constructed) - Approx. 2 Technology Locations New Building (Pop Container/Mfg) Full Reference Is Made To The Statements In The Task Description Appendix. The Project Is Funded As Follows, Although Currently There Are Only Notifications Of The Granting Of A Provisional Grant To The Extent Specified In The Appendix Of The Grant Notifications.
